About CHS Healthcare
Founded in 1995 by West Midlands GP, Dr Richard Newland, our business is based on close and effective partnership with the NHS.
We initially focused on helping families find long term care and we continue with this work through our parent company, Carehome Selection.
CHS Healthcare grew from Carehome Selection and today provides a wide range of services, not only for the NHS but also local authorities.
These services include inappropriate hospital admission avoidance schemes and projects to reduce delays in discharge and promote return to independent living.
We have created Caretrack, a purpose-built database for continuing healthcare information. We specialise in the management of personal healthcare budgets and a wide range of commissioning services.
