We provide a range of services for patients and families, designed to offer you greater choice of care and support you through major changes.
CHS Healthcare was established in 1995 to help people choosing care in a residential or nursing home. Every month, we continue to help hundreds of families going through this process, but we have grown to offer a range of other services.
We help people holding self-directed care budgets, sometimes known as self-directed support. We also specialise in arranging care in your own home, supporting people to live independently and in organising respite care.
Help with care in your own home
We have extensive experience of arranging care for people within their own homes, enabling them to continue to live independently with support. We can liaise with care agencies to organise packages and monitor the quality of care, dealing with any problems if they arise.
Help with respite care
We have extensive experience of arranging respite care and can organise care at short notice because we monitor bed availability and are in contact with homes on a weekly basis.
Help with self-directed care budget
We are a member of the association of recognised providers of self-directed care third party management. We can help you achieve greater control over your health care through our experience of brokerage and support you to manage your own budget.
