The specialist tool for managing continuing healthcare information. Caretrack is a purpose-built, integrated database which gives you much greater control over continuing healthcare spend.
Data cleanse
We check all information held on continuing healthcare patients. Many PCTs are paying for services not provided because care plans change and records are not updated.
Care brokerage
We make your care home placements and arrange domiciliary care packages. We have 15 years experience in this field and can negotiate significant savings.
Case management
We assess all your existing care packages. We scrutinise high cost cases and where care needs to change, negotiate lower prices.
Consultancy
We meet specific needs. This may be an assessment of your provider market in order to achieve savings.
Self-directed care
