Caretrack database

CHS Healthcare's database for continuing healthcare information. This is a purpose-built, integrated database which give you much greater control of continuing healthcare spend.

We check every single care package to assess whether information held is correct and amend any details to ensure they are accurate. We call every single care provider to verify and update information. This is a time-consuming process, involving hundreds and sometimes thousands of patient records, which can be difficult for PCTs to undertake along with existing targets and priorities. However, care needs frequently change and inaccuracies can cost thousands of pounds because PCTs are paying for care no longer being delivered.

The database

Caretrack is the only system of its kind in the UK, built to meet the needs of primary care trusts by a company already working in the continuing healthcare sector.

Web-based system

Caretrack is a web based system, hosted and managed by CHS Healthcare. We provide a helpline for Caretrack users every day, from 9am to 5pm.

Caretrack is very user friendly and provides you with a comprehensive range of reports, included a Funded Care Report, showing spend and future projections within minutes.

We provide training to ensure your staff are able to use the system confidently and effectively. Costs are based on an initial set up fee, which includes training, followed by annual license fees thereafter.
