CHS Healthcare is experienced in delivering individual consultancy projects for primary care trusts.

We are currently involved in a project to analyse provider markets for a primary care trust. We are assessing spend and commissioning arrangements and will report on areas where savings can be made and best service delivered.

We have a great deal of experience in working with individual care homes, brokering services to ensure individual care needs are met and best value is delivered.

Our staff have previously held senior roles in primary care trusts, while others come from a commercial background. Our chief executive continues to practice as a GP. We therefore can bring distinct sets of skills and experience to consultancy work.
